The Vacancy – Development Manager
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Employment Type: Full-time
Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced development manager to lead our construction initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will oversee project development from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timelessness and budget adherence.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage the full project lifecycle from planning and design to construction and handover
– Identify and implement project efficiencies
– Foster a collaborative and productive work environment
– Monitor and understand operation efficiencies and feedback into future projects
Ideal Candidate Profile
– Degree level qualification in real estate, finance, construction, or a related field
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently achieve targets
– Willingness to travel and work across the assigned regions
– Strong Project Management skills and experience
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities
