Who are we looking for?
As an International Sales Manager, you will be the key driver of growth in our global markets and will engage with potential international students. You’ll play a vital role in shaping our international business strategy while having fun along the way!
While this role is primarily home-based, we’ll ensure you’re equipped with everything you need to work effectively. Regular travel to LUNA residences is an essential part of the role, allowing you to become familiar with our properties, collaborate with on-site teams, and support events such as fairs and open days.

 

Key responsibilities:
With your global mindset and a thrive for sales you will also be responsible for:
Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key agents & marketplaces to achieve sales performance
Market Development: Identifying and targeting growth opportunities in international regions
Financial Performance: Providing sales performance reports for Luna, Torsion Group and partners
Social Media Engagement: Building a strong presence on key platforms to engage with our international customer base to bring enquiries directly to Luna
Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximise the performance of each residence

About you
You’re an ambitious, results-oriented professional with a passion for global business, you’ll bring:
Language skills: Fluent English & Mandarin (spoken and written)
Self-Motivation: A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Problem solving mindset: A “can do” approach to identify challenges and implement solutions
IT Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proven Leadership Experience: A successful track record of international sales, ideally within the residential sector
