The Role
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to join our team to lead and deliver our Care & Retirement living projects in the North West.
Bringing your Health & Safety expertise, you will undertake and record regular HSE inspections while managing and ensuring compliance with all Torsion Group Safety, Health and Environment Systems, including documentation.
You will agree and set standards required and monitor the quality of workmanship while inspecting the works to ensure they conform to plans, specifications and drawings.
In conjunction with the Commercial Manager, you will develop a financial strategy for the project, which will ensure financial targets are met and you will report on progress at the Project Review sessions and demonstrate that the project is being effectively monitored and controlled.
