The Role
As experts in the new build property market, we are looking for a Senior Site Manager with a proven background in the finishing stages of high-end residential apartments and private houses.
Initially, you will be based onsite at our Val D’or project in Leeds, a prestigious scheme compromising nine luxury apartments within a secure, gated setting.
As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
You will regularly check progress of the building works and meet with sub-contractors to agree action to ensure achievement of the programme while complying to all Torsion health and safety regulations.
