The Vacancy – Site Administrators, North

Who are we looking for?

Are you a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual who thrives on organisation and problem solving? Do you want to be the backbone of a dynamic team, ensuring our administration from preconstruction to delivery runs smoothly and efficiently? If so, we have a perfect opportunity for you!

We are excited to offer these roles in full time and part time capacities. Whether you’re looking for a full-time role or prefer a part time schedule, we have current site administration opportunities in both Leeds and York to fit your needs and lifestyle.

 

Key responsibilities:

Not only do you get to work in an amazing, fun and ambitious team, but you get the opportunity to get involved with the exciting responsibilities below:

• Being the first point of contact for all site employees, ensuring an accurate signing in/out system of staff and visitors to ensure records are always correct.
• Providing administrative support to the wider project delivery teams, especially with document management on our 4P system
• Helping with technical issues/queries on our construction systems
• Support and administer the registration and distribution of documentation between construction project team members, designers, supply chain and clients
• Organising and booking meetings as well as assisting with meeting and report preparation

What we are looking for:

You’ll need to be tech-savvy: Experience with platforms such as Smart Waste, Field View, Viewpoint 4P, SharePoint and the usual Microsoft package

Organised: you’ll need to bring superb organisation skills, including time management, prioritisation of tasks and self-motivation

An excellent communicator: excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are needed as you’ll work with diverse groups of people.

A team player: You’ll need to be a collaborative individual with a friendly “can do” approach, actively promoting and supporting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion within the workplace and with our external stakeholders
