We offer a 2-year aftercare service in line with BIRSA guidelines ensuring buildings are operated efficiently.

We constantly review all products that are to be incorporated into the scheme to ensure we create the optimum balance between the capital expenditure of the development and the life cycle cost incurred whilst operating the building.

Programme

We understand and resource for the demanding completion cycles to ensure zero defects.

We understand that to offer the best value we have to consider the cost of the building throughout its intended lifetime. To ensure we can achieve this we constantly review the latest products available in the marketplace. We constantly seek to increase all guarantees to the best available in the industry, and use products that are not easily damaged or tampered.

We have a live cost database allowing us to accurately cost plan pre-planning information, offering certainty to clients at the appraisal stage.

John has delivered some fantastic schemes in the Yorkshire Region and his experience ensures that the team delivers a high-quality project on time and within budget. John has held numerous senior roles in the Yorkshire the region, most recently as Regional Director for Tolent.
