Burnsall House Topping Out Ceremony
A hugely significant milestone for our 196-bed student accommodation scheme.
We welcomed our project partners for an official Topping Out ceremony to showcase the fantastic progress we’ve made. It also gave them an opportunity to see our plans for driving the project forward to completion.

What’s next? We’re fully focused on completion in 2025, in time for the new academic year. We’re looking forward to Burnsall House creating much-needed, high-quality student accommodation in this popular university city.
Sustainability and energy efficiency are central to the development, which is why we’re targeting a minimum BREEAM Very Good rating, alongside a 3-star Fitwel Certification System and implementing advanced energy monitoring systems to support LUNA Students in managing usage in line with our ESG objectives.
