Coming soon to Nottingham
We are delighted to announce our 3rd joint venture PBSA scheme with Harrison Street Real Estate will be coming soon to Nottingham.
The development will host 297 student beds with a room mix of 220 clusters and 77 studios.
The building will contain a lounge, gym, study rooms, games rooms and shared private dining space. We will also provide external landscaped areas with outdoor furniture to promote social well-being.
The development is located within the city centre adjacent to the new business campus for the University of Nottingham.
This scheme will be complete and open for students in June 2024.
