Torsion Projects breaks ground at its new 72-bed care home site in York.

We were delighted to welcome The Lord Mayor of York, Councillor David Carr and Lord Mayor’s Consort, Lynda Carr, to our groundbreaking ceremony in York. Our CEO, Dan Spencer, was on hand to showcase our latest care home development to our guests. The event commenced with light refreshments, a site tour and finally, the groundbreaking ceremony. This state-of-the-art, 72-bedroom dementia-friendly care home will provide a much-needed Care facility for the local residents.

Our Care and Retirement Living construction contractor Torsion Projects are due to commence six new schemes later this year, entering the North East and North West markets for the first time.
