We are incredibly proud to announce that we have recently achieved Practical Completion at our first Retirement Living scheme Royles Lodge, located in Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire.

Martin Hutson, Torsion Care Managing Director, said: “A huge congratulations to Torsion Construction for delivering this scheme for Torsion Care. I also want to congratulate the site team for their tremendous work and effort. This 48-apartment retirement living development was delivered for our operating arm Burghley Retirement Living, and I’m thrilled to have created such a fantastic building for the local community.”

Torsion Care is currently delivering three live retirement living schemes located in Shipley, Brighouse and in Derby and has an exciting pipeline of retirement living projects due to commence on-site in 2023/24.
