Torsion Care Expands into the South of England
Torsion Care is growing. We are excited to announce the expansion of our business into the South of England, further strengthening our position as a leading developer of high-quality care home and retirement living schemes across the UK.
With our Land Team continuing to grow, we are actively seeking new sites and operating partnerships to bring much-needed care home developments to the region. Having already established a strong track record in the Midlands and North, this move marks the next step in our ambitious growth strategy.
As part of this expansion, we are pleased to welcome Harriet Spain as Associate Land Director who joins us to drive this expansion. Harriet brings a wealth of development experience in the healthcare, retirement living and residential sectors, and will play a key role as she spearheads our land acquisition strategy, whilst developing and enhancing our partnerships with investors, developers and operators in the South.
