Torsion Care is delighted to announce the completion of the land purchase of Elmroyd, Brighouse.

Construction works will now commence on 37 luxury Retirement Living apartments for the over 55’s, through our delivery partner Torsion Projects, with demolition works due to begin in March 2022.

Our sister company, Burghley Retirement Living, will operate the building once constructed. Elmroyd, Brighouse is another Retirement Living apartment scheme in our ever-growing purpose-built portfolio.
