York Manor Open
We’re thrilled to announce the completion of York Manor Care Home – a luxury 73-bed, dementia-friendly facility located on Blue Beck Drive, just north of York city centre between Rawcliffe and Clifton. This state-of-the-art care home will be operated by the experienced operator Tanglewood Care Homes, as part of our joint venture.
York Manor Care Home has been meticulously designed with a focus on ESG, quality and comfort. Every detail, from the layout to the colour schemes, has been thoughtfully considered to create a supportive environment for residents living with dementia. Our commitment to ESG has delivered an EPC A-rated care home, approaching net zero with a score of 8.
This approach allows us to deliver specialised care in a homely and luxurious setting where residents feel safe and at ease.

The Care Quality Commission carried out its inspection and granted full approval for York Manor Care Home to open. We’re excited to welcome our first residents soon!
