The Role
As experts in the new build property market, we are looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our team in the North. Initially, you will be working on the St George’s Terrace scheme in York, a residential apartment development.
As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
You will regularly check progress of the building works and meet with sub-contractors to agree action to ensure achievement of the programme while complying to all Torsion health and safety regulations.
