CEO and Founder of Torsion Group and its group companies, Dan has a proven track record in complex real estate development and investment transactions, working directly with investment partners to deliver significant real estate projects in the UK.

HR Director

Paula is a highly motivated and driven Senior HR Professional with a commercially focused approach to people development and management. With extensive experience in HR, Paula drives the people agenda in line with the business strategy.

As COO, David Worsley will leverage his extensive industry experience and success in securing large schemes to identify key development opportunities, secure funding, and support growth across Torsion Group.

Managing Director - Care

As Managing Director of Care and the accommodation operating arm of Burghley Retirement, Martin oversees full responsibility for managing stakeholders’ interests, from the day-to-day running of the business to managing expected returns and investments.

ED WOOTTON

Managing Director - Developments & Construction

As Managing Director of Torsion Developments and Construction, Ed oversees stakeholder interests, daily operations, investments, and the delivery of student accommodation and residential schemes with Torsion Developments and LUNA.

John is responsible for delivering care and retirement living schemes in partnership with our Care and Burghley Retirement businesses.

With over a decade of experience in student accommodation, Louise accelerates company growth and advances the corporate vision, advocating for student wellbeing and affordable housing.

Legal Director

Miles is a solicitor with extensive experience in development, construction, telecommunications, and energy projects. Miles is responsible for Torsion Group’s legal function covering corporate, project finance, land acquisition and construction.
IAN WORTHINGTON

Managing Director - Homes

As Managing Director of Torsion Homes, Ian oversees full responsibility for managing stakeholders’ interests, from the day-to-day running of the business to managing expected returns and investments for the board of Torsion Homes. Ian has extensive experience in the construction industry, leading and managing design, cost, risk, and programme from concept to completion. Ian is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building.
