Vacancy – Senior / Architectural Technologist

The Role
We’re looking for a Senior/Architectural technologist to manage the technical development of the design through planning through to project delivery.
Based at our office in Leeds, located just off the M62, you will work closely with the Land Team to produce feasibility layouts for prospective sites while assisting and engaging with appropriate authorities when producing documentation for statutory approval.
Working with the development team, you will manage the design process from the planning stage through to build stage, covering all RIBA stages.
You will have proven experience in a role such as Assistant Architectural Technician, Architectural Technician, or Building Technologist and will ideally be a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), with Chartered status (MCIAT) or working towards chartership.
