Project overview

Previously the existing building was used as a gym. Torsion Group was employed to convert the existing building into a three-storey 48-student bedroom development with communal kitchens and lounges.

Works Carried out:

• Demolition of 70% of the building to enable the new rebuild and extension
• Blockwork, cavity fill insulation, traditional timber roof with sky lights and smoke vents, UPVC windows, Gas central heating, external render and paving.
