The Role
As developers in the new build property market, we are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Initially, you will be working on the St George’s Terrace scheme in York, a 35-unit residential apartment scheme within the city walls.
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading all commercials aspects of the development as number one.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will bring energy and commercial acumen to the project taking ownership of the procurement process, drafting and managing all necessary documentation for subcontractors and suppliers while ensuring that all contributors provide accurate and timely procurement information for their respective packages alongside subcontractor management, payment processing and cost reporting. This role provides a unique opportunity, acting for both Developer and Contractor, within Torsion Homes.
