PRACTICAL COMPLETION
We are pleased to confirm practical completion of Fawcett Street, our 82-bed student accommodation development in the heart of York.
The scheme delivers high-quality, self-contained studio apartments, each with a bathroom pod, kitchenette and media provision. Generous communal areas have been provided to support study, socialising and wellbeing, all within easy walking distance of both universities and the city centre.
