TOPPING OUT: Quarterside, Hollis Croft
A major milestone was celebrated on 9 July as we marked the topping out of Quarterside, our 234-apartment Build-to-Rent development in Sheffield’s Cathedral Quarter. The ceremony welcomed clients, investors, our design team, key partners and the Torsion workforce to recognise this achievement.
Quarterside sits on the edge of two of Sheffield’s most historic neighbourhoods; the Cathedral Quarter and St Vincent’s Quarter; and delivers a carefully designed mix of studios and cluster apartments. Engineering 27 different apartment types pushed our design team to new heights, and the result is a scheme tailored for modern urban living.
Sustainability underpins every element of Quarterside. Located in central Sheffield, the scheme encourages active and public transport. We’re on track to achieve a three-star Fitwel rating, the highest possible, thanks to amenity spaces designed to support health and wellbeing: a gym, games room, co-working spaces and a residents’ lounge.
