TOPPING OUT: Sky Gardens, Leeds
We are pleased to confirm the topping out of Sky Gardens, our landmark 35-storey residential scheme on Water Lane. Reaching the building’s highest point is a major milestone and marks the transition from primary structure to façade, fit-out and commissioning.
Sky Gardens will deliver 284 apartments alongside a four-storey glass-enclosed communal space, residents’ lounge, gym and extensive amenity areas. The show apartment is nearing completion and internal fit-out is underway across multiple levels.
