Project Overview

Bromsgrove Care Home is a purpose-built, 72-bed residential care facility located just off the A38, south of Birmingham. This modern development marks Torsion Care’s first care home in the West Midlands, delivering much-needed, high-quality care to the local community and creating new employment opportunities.

Designed to provide comfort, accessibility, and a welcoming environment, the home features spacious dedicated dining areas, light-filled day spaces, and landscaped gardens for residents to enjoy the surrounding natural environment.

Throughout the build, health and safety remained a top priority, with the site achieving zero reportable incidents. The project also secured a perfect 45/45 score from the Considerate Constructors Scheme, reflecting the team’s commitment to quality, professionalism, and community engagement.
